Beautiful villa including 2 Master Suites - ideal for 2 families sharing with an enviable conservation view from the large pool. Our attractively furnished and well equipped villa also includes 46" Plasma TV / DVD & Nintendo Wii, Games Room, plus additional TV’s in all bedrooms.
Our villa is part of the phase 5 development on the prestigious well established Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. It adjoins protected conservation area and is set in undulating countryside surrounded by orange groves, oaks and pine trees.
Our villa is one of the new generation of prestige villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding "who gets the Master Bedroom ?" and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing. Master 1 has a King and master 2 has a Queen bed.
We have not skimped with quality furnishing and appliances including a 46" cable Plasma TV in Family Room with DVD player and Nintendo Wii console (you can rent DVD's & Games at the local video store), plus further Cable TV’s in each Bedroom. We even have a selection of DVD's, Wii games, and board games to suit all ages.
New Games Room with full sized Pool Table, Table Football, Air Hockey, Competition Darts Board.
Our 24' x 13' privately screened pool faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening. The pool area has a removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool. The screened porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat for your children and a perfect secluded setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner and more !!
We have provided 4 sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs plus 2 foot stools which allow 2 reclining chairs to be converted into sunloungers
There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodland (guaranteed to stay that way for at least 100 years by Florida Law).
Luxury Gas fired BBQ by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great to unwind after theme parking all day. NO CHARGE !!
A Cot, Highchair and Stroller are available on request - please advise if you need these. NO CHARGE !!
Laptop computer workstation with Wifi DSL Internet Access where you can connect your wireless equipped laptop to get your email and surf the web for those of us who still need to keep their finger on the pulse - even works out by the pool !!
The superb 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course is a huge attraction for all (more so for the girls as they get to do some guilt free sunbathing by the pool or shopping at the many excellent designer outlet malls - of which there are lots). You can even pre-book your tee times – 365 days of glorious sunshine & golf !!
