This spacious house located in a private development on a beautiful southern Califonria beach. Stay at home on some days to enjoy activities like the beach, swimming pools, and tennis. Spend other days visitng Los Angeles and San Diego theme parks, museums, theaters, and other attractions. Location is 30 minutes from Disneyland and Legoland, 60 minutes from Sea World. We're also 60 minutes from both Los Angeles and San Diego museums and theaters and even closer to Orange County venues. Area Details Dana Point is a small coastal town located at the southern end of Orange County. Neighboring towns included San Clemente, Laguna Beach, and Newport Beach. The house is located in a development called Niguel Shores and the development has a community center which includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, and meeting rooms. Dana Point harbor is home to a large fleet of private sailing and power boats. Boats are available at the harbor for fishing as well as trips to Catalina Island. Travel Details Public bus transport is available to local Orange County sites and rail transport is available to San Diego and downtown Los Angeles. Nevertheless, in southern California a car is essential.
