The apartment is newly renovated, so everything is clean and new. its very warm and lightened. Area Details The apartment is 300m from the beach (4 minutes walk) where you can swim and surf. Its a public beach (free of charge) with toilets and beach services.
On the other side of the beach there is an old port which inclueds resturants, bars and beach cafe's along a beatiful promanade.
On the other side its in the heart of the city near shops, theaters, movies and a central park with different sports facilities.
