A terrific 2-story villa with wood floors, spiral staircase, ceiling fans and a loft bedroom. This property is all new from the floors to the furniture to the cabinets/countertops and appliances. First floor has living room, dining area, kitchen master bedroom and bath and a beautiful screened in sunroom. There is also a deck with a pool and hot tub just steps away. The living room has a sleeper sofa, CD stereo, TV/DVD/VCR with a second TV in the master bedroom. The loft bedroom has two double beds, separare bath and is acessed by a spiral staircase overlooking the living area. Area Details This villa is in a private gated plantation community located on a 12-mile resort island. Lots of restaurants, shopping and sundries. Close to private or public ocean beaches. Championship golf and tennis abound; fishing, watersports and bicycle trails wind throughout the island.
