Property Details This is our holiday home in Spain on the Costa Blanca. It is well equipped and maintained. • Ground floor comprises; garden, large tiled patio area with garden furniture; spacious lounge/dining room and double sofa bed; SAT’ TV, DVD & VCR; dining table/chairs; fully equipped kitchen containing electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron/board and washing machine; shower/toilet; Utility area: • Stairs leading to first floor comprising; one double and one twin bedroom, both with ceiling fans; large balcony area off main bedroom; bathroom complete with full sized bath & overhead shower. • There are two large communal swimming pools, tennis court and secure enclosed allocated parking within the urbanisation. Area Details The house is adjacent to ‘Clot de Galvany’ Natural Park where there are picnic areas, nature trails and wildlife. • The unspoilt and gently shelving Playa del Carabassi beach backed by sand dunes is within walking distance. • There are bars and restaurants within ten minutes walking distance. • The charming resort of Los Arenales Del sol with its beautiful beaches, selection of shops, bars and restaurants is nearby. • Sleeps 4/6. • 10 minutes from Alicante Airport and Santa Pola by car. • Just south of the vibrant city of Alicante and within easy reach of the historic town of Elche with its extensive palm gardens, Gran Alacant is ideally located for a relaxing holiday. To the north is Benidorm (approx 45 minutes drive) with the attractions of Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Animal Park, Sea World and the new theme park Terra Mitica. • Torrevieja (approx 25 minutes drive) has an Aquapark, wonderful harbour and a busy market. • The town of Santa Pola (within 10 minute drive) has an excellent market two days a week and there are a selection of shops, a blue flag beach and promenade. Travel Details Good,Regular bus service to and from Alicante. Major Train & bus connections from Alicante.
