Condo is located in Indian Shores, Florida on Boca Ciega Bay and a short walk from our font door to the Gulf of Mexicao and its sandy beaches. Indian Shores is a 45 minute drive from Tampa and Tampa International airport.
The condo is a spacious corner unit, with a long balcony off the living room area affording a splendid view directly up the bay. The view is spectacula and just watching the sailboats and boaters curising up and down the bay is very relaxing. There is assigned covered parking and elevator service.
The master bedroom, with queen-size bed has ensuite bath and the second bedroom has twin beds. A second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The entry is ceramic tiled and the living/dining area and both bedrooms are carpeted.
There is a coin operated laundry room for all residents with sufficient washers and dryers.
On-site amenities available for your use at no charge include tennis courts, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ grill, fishing pier, putting green and sun deck. Area Details There is much to enjoy in our area - shopping, restaurants, picturesque water views, amazing sunsets, deep sea fishing charters, dinner theaters, golfing, beach-combing and just plain relaxing in the sun - that one can spend a thoroguhly enjoyable vacation without traveling more than 15-20 miles. You can pack a lunch and spend a day at Seminole Lake Park or visit the Wagon Wheel Flea Market, possibly the largest in the country.
There are numerous golf courses, both public and private, all within a 30 to 60 minute drive from the condo. Besides the fishing pier located on the resort property, there is a huge public fishing pier on the Gulf beach, a 15 minute drive from the condo. There are many famous attractions within a relatively short distance: Greyhound racing, tropical Busch Gardens Amusement Park in Tampa, Dali museum in St. Pete, Tarpon Springs (Greek community well known for its sponge divers and boats, Suncoast Bird Sanctuary in Indian Shores, and somewhat torusity Johns Pass Village in Madeira Beach. Orlando is a two-hour drive where you can spend a few days visiting Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM and Universal Studios. Travel Details Public bus transportation is available at the resort entrance.
