We have a lovely, modern spacious 4 bedroom bungalow in Lanzarote. It has stunning frontline sea views and is within a 2-4 minute stroll of the local shops, bars and restaurants. We have 3 children and they are aged 17, 14, 7 years.
We are property people, owning 2 four bedroom holiday rentals in Playa Blanca, so we would look after your home very well. Area Details Beautiful! Stunning, all year round sunshine, I think that it is like paradise, the flight over is only 4 hours and prices are often good. The beach is on our doorstep, literally, from the house to the sand = 1 minute !! Closeby we have several great attractions, inc, Water Park, Rancho Texas Theme park and Guinate Tropical Bird Park. We have a fantastic golf course a 15 minute drive away in Costa Teguise!
We would love to swap homes with you, particulary if you have a large house and live in Kent, SE London, Egypt, USA or Dubai. Travel Details No need, everything is on your doorstep! If you wish to tour the island you can hire a car for a day or two or we have an 8 seater Mercedes that we may mutually exchange with your car.
