Property Details We own a lovely three bedroom typical English fairly modern home. The property has a decent sized garden and spacious living areas. The property is set very close to the local school, shops and hairdressers with the local post office and park also within a 2 minute walk. We have sky/cable t.v and all the ameniies you would require e.g tumble drier/washing line, dishwasher,washing machine cooker etc. Area Details We live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood in a sort after area of Taunton with as you can see everything within easy reach. Taunton is set within a valley on the somerset levels which means it is an area of outstanding natural beauty especially early year when the snowdrops are out. We are about 30 minutes from the coastline in 2 directions of which one has its own castle which is breathtaking when the cobles are lit with candles come christmas time. The hills and woods are extremely lovely to go amd bbq with the family and have your picnic next to the lazy stream that runs through the woods. About 40 minutes away is a private airport where you can learn to fly your own little play or maybe catch a movie or a show in the local theatre which is in the town centre. There are clubs and bars in the centre which makes for a good evening out along with Tauntons well known Castle hotel which offers exquisite food amd tempting wine! Also there 5 nain golf courses available some whithin health spas! Fishing does require a liscence which may if requested be organised before arrival. There are theme parks but those are set further awau with about an 1 hours drive but well worth seeing Travel Details The public transport is very good with buses running evry half an hour to the centre right outside the front door. Also within 3 miles there is the Somerset western railway station with good old fashioned steam train trips to the seaside which by car can take 30 minutes. The main railway station is approximately 10 minutes by car and runs a very good service. Taxis numbers will also be included.
