Property Details The garden of this three bedroomed semi faces south so it benefits from the sun most of the day. The decking area lends itself to outdoor eating. (Weather permitting!) The front bedroom has a king-size bed. The rear bedroom has a double bed with an extra fold up bed which could be used for a fifth person. Both rooms contain built-in wardrobes. The rear double bed could be swapped for two singles if necessary. The third bedroom is small and is used as an office and contains the family computer allowing access to the Internet. Downstairs the rear living/dinning room opens out to the patio/garden. Here you can enjoy a quiet read or listen to DAB radio and hi-fi. The front living room contains the TV and lounge furniture. A breakfast area with a circular pine table seating four people is located in the well equipped kitchen. Both living rooms and hall feature wood block flooring. Our two cycles, kept in the garage, will be available to guests. This property makes a welcome retreat after a hard days sightseeing or touring. The estate car will be available subject to motor insurance agreements. Area Details There is a small local shopping area two streets away for Groceries/Newspapers/Off Licence, Post Office, Doctors' Surgery, Pharmacy and a ladies hairdresser. Four major supermarkets are situated within a 10 minute drive of the house. The Heath area surrounds a large municipal park with full public access to tennis courts, a golf pitch & putt course, children’s play area and ride-on miniature steam railway (limited opening times). University Hospital of Wales, a major teaching hospital, lies 0.5 miles south which encloses an Accident & Emergency department. Cardiff centre has all the major shops and is well known for its Victorian arcades. Also available, live theatre, cinema complexes, clubs and bars with live music. Travel Details Both bus and local train stops are within a 10 minute walk of our home contecting to the main line station and bus routes. Cardiff Wales Airport is 15 miles (35 minutes by car) Taxi fare £18 (approx)
