The main living area is reached via the sweeping spiral staircase rising from the mirrored atrium; this large open-plan reception space is divided into four areas a stunning lounge sumptuously furnished with Italian leather sofas and complete with DSTV Satelite TV, surround sound DVD and Video system
a convivial dining area with a locally crafted table that can accommodate up to 10 guests the bar and braai area incorporating a heated indoor splash pool a fully equipped kitchen AND not forgetting the chic little garden that can be reached via sliding doors and a short flight of steps - watch the sun set behind Table Mountain from here or the roof terrace.

All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each has its own private bathroom and access to a sheltered terrace. The spacious Master Suite includes a large bathroom and full dressing area. The view from the king sized bed is just as spectacular as that from the main living area.
On the completely open plan second floor is a huge entertainments room. With a choice of activities including snooker on the modern full sized table, internet access, library and relaxing on the roof terrace there is something to suit everyone.

As you might expect this striking property boasts an elevated position on Mountainside in Gordon’s Bay and enjoys fantastic views across False Bay to Table Mountain.
This very distinctive house stands out on the hillside and is clearly visible as you approach from Cape Town. The front of the house is almost entirely glazed, allowing you to take full advantage of the panorama, whether you are in the the lounge, bar, entertainment room or master suite. From here you can even spot the whales that come to calf and nurse their young in the bay.
We want you to enjoy everything this special place has to offer from the moment you arrive The 20 minute drive from Cape Town airport will show you tantalising glimpses of what is in store.
No visit is complete without whale watching, penguin beach, a safari, shopping at the V&A Waterfront and of course wine tasting in a local vineyard. |
