The Coast Range mountains have numerous fishing streams and larger rivers holding trout, slamon, dungeness crab, etc. Two golf courses in Florence offer challenging play, or drive south to Bandon Dunes, a world class course. Heading north or south on US Highyway 101 is some of the most picturesque coastline in the country with many hiking trails and other points of interest. Travel Details Fly into Eugene, Oregon and rent a vehicle for the hour and a half drive to the coast and Florence. You will want a vehicle to get around.
