Property Details Modern 3 Bed property is situated in the countryside, but within easy reach of nearby Golf course, Fishing, Watersports, Biking, Walking. Alton Towers, Sherwood Forest, night life, pubs, clubs, restaurants. (pictures to follow soon) We have fruit tree's and soft fruits and vegatable growing in our garden for you to pick as and when you like, we also have 12 chickens they are in their own area so will not bother you if your in the garden, your welcome to help yourself to eggs. We have a 12ft trampoline, tennis rackets, badmington rackets, various board games, we also have use of 2 mountain bikes if you want to use them. Also in the garden we have a double swing bed, BBQ, and a 8 seater table and chair set with built in fire pit for those chilly nights. We have tv's in most rooms with digital tv recordable boxes, high speed wireless Broadband, free calls to 01/02/03 numbers in the uk only, we also have a wii and xbox with various games for adults and children. Area Details We live just outside of Radcliffe on trent village, we are surrounded by countryside with plenty of things to do like fishing, biking, walking, golf, we also live very close to the national watersports centre and there you'll find a vast amount of things to keep you busy during the day. We also have horse riding facilities nearby. Nottingham Castle is a short journey away, Sherwood Forest and Centre parcs is 20min drive Travel Details Radcliffe on Trent has it's own train station, also vilage buses run every 10 minutes either direct into Nottingham or via Radcliffe / West bridgford into Nottingham. We have a bus service that run into Bingham every 10 minutes. All public transport is within easy reach of our property with bus stops being 1 min walk, also the buses run pass the Cricket ground and the river trent. We are off the A52 which is a major road so what every your direction your always able to catch a bus going in either direction.
