Property Details
The apartment has its own separate entrance at the back of the house; stairs rise to the first floor where it is located.
The good-sized studio room is light and attractive, decorated in a neutral, elegant cream and black, with laminate wood flooring and ceiling spotlights.
The sleeping area has a double bed, bedside tables and a double wardrobe for storage.
Next to the sleeping area is a comfortable leather-style reclining double sofa where guests can relax, and there is a corner TV/DVD player.
Next to the sleeping and living area is a round table and four chairs for dining or study.
The galley kitchen at the end of the studio has wooden cupboards and attractive tiling and is equipped with the essentials needed for a self-catering stay: a combined oven, microwave and grill, and a ceramic hob, plus fridge with ice-box.

The compact shower room is attractively tiled and has a shower cubicle with power shower and constant hot water.

One off-road allocated parking space in front of the house.
Area Details
The apartment is in the picturesque village of Sutton Courtenay. It is a five minute walk from the village centre which has two small supermarkets, a post office, a selection of village pubs, a historic church where the author George Orwell is buried, and Sutton Courtenay Abbey. It is particularly well located for the South Oxfordshire business and science parks, with Culham Science Centre only 3kms away, Milton Park 2kms away, and the Abingdon, Didcot and Harwell science parks all within a fifteen-minute drive.
Travel Details
Access and transport links
The apartment has excellent transport links as it is only five minutes from the A34 which connects to Oxford and the M40, as well as the M4 and the South of England. There is a regular bus service to Abingdon with connections from there to Oxford. It is a fifteen-minute drive from Didcot Parkway Station with a regular direct 40-minute train service to London.
