Two bedroom, double upper apartment with roof terrace overlooking golf courses and bowling green in the scenic village of Gullane, East Lothian.
This location is ideal for golfers, bird watchers and walkers. There are many golf courses within a short walk – Gullane 1, 2 and 3; Luffness; Muirfield and Kilspindie, Longniddry and North Berwick courses a short drive away.
Aberlady Nature Reserve is less than 5 minutes drive where walkers can stroll along the dunes of Gullane and East Lothian beaches.
A bus service runs regularly to Edinburgh and North Berwick, with trains from nearby Drem and Longniddry.

Gullane offers a variety of local restuarants; grocery, gift, sports and craft shops; a popular delicatessen along with facilities - gym, bowling green, library, community centre and post office. Gullane Bents with its miles of unspoilt beaches and dunes is close by. The apartment is within 5 minutes walk from all of these facilities. Local free parking is nearby.

Roof terrace which is decked and offers superb panoramic views over golf courses to Lammermuir hills from a secluded space.

Kitchen – fridge freezer; washing machine; cooker / oven; microwave oven; table and 4 chairs; usual cooking utensils, crockery etc. TV and Video
Bedroom 1 – sleeps 2 in either twin beds or superking zip and link bed
Bedroom 2 – sleeps 1 or 2 in a single and a pull out bed
Bathroom - shower over bath; toilet and wash hand basin

Apologies – no facilities for children under 8 due to steep stairs to roof terrace.

The scenic village of Gullane , is surrounded by excellent championship golf courses including 3 courses at Gullane Golf Club, Muirfield, North Berwick, Kilspindie, Luffness, and Archerfield . The Village has a lively High Street with Delicatessen, hairdresser, beauty salon, butcher, greengrocer, lovely gift shops, 2 general stores, chemist, 2 golf shops, 2 interior design shops, Dentist and Doctors surgery all within walking distance.

Gullane lies only 4 miles from the town of North Berwick . The charming villages of Aberlady and Drem are only 5 miles away. Gullane is less than 20 miles from Edinburgh , Scotland 's beautiful capital city.
There are many lovely restaurants and local pubs and cafes to dine in, all within Gullane Village.
Gullane offers many activities for golf, bird watching or walking holidays; a rural / countryside retreat, beach, relaxation or cycling holidays.
There is a gym nearby and local bowling club where visitors are invited to play.
Travel Details
Driving from Edinburgh takes 25 minutes by car.
There is a frequent bus - X5 or service 124 to and from Edinburgh - the journey takes an hour, arriving every 30 minutes.
These services leave from Haymarket via St Andrews Square, Edinburgh through Gullane to North Berwick. The bus stop to Edinburgh or North Berwick is less than 50 yards from the apartment.

The Train from Drem or Longniddry Stations takes only 20 / 15 minutes to Waverley Station, Princes Street .

The Train from North Berwick takes 30 minutes to Waverley station. (10 minutes away)
A day saver return train ticket costs around £6.
