Property Details
Attached House. 130m2 + extra guest room.
Three bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets,
big living room(40m2) with fire-place,modern
kitchen. Central heating in all rooms. Extra
bathroom only with shower in the basement.
We also have a clothes-dryer which becomes very
handy in the colder season.
Area Details
Our house in situated right next to the Danube-
National Park in Vienna. In 30 minutes you are in the central city of Vienna (famous opera house,
castle Schönbrunn,many many cafe's....).

The Alps are 70 minutes away by car (100 kms) where you can ski or go for lovely winter walks.
The Semmering is the closest skiing resort.
