Property Details Our waterfront home is on a forest service trail in a National Forest, located 10 miles north of the capital of Alaska. It includes privacy, nice views, wood stove, microwave, boat and motor, cable tv, vcr, washer and dryer, crab pots to catch crab for dinner, wildlife and marinelife viewing, salmon fishing, and access to the Marine Highway ferry system for excursions throughout southeast Alaska. The walls and ceilings of our "luxury cabin" are all knotty pine wood. The decks include a private 5 person jacuzzi inside a large gazebo that faces the water. Area Details This is a rural area located on the ocean in a National forest, but only 10 miles away from the capital of Alaska. There are excellent salmon fishing and wildlife viewing opportunities. Great home to use as a "base" for excursions throughout southeast Alaska. Travel Details Bus line ten miles south of home.
