We have a four bed room, three bath home with an ocean view in Dana Point, California. Dana Point is a seaside community just south of the art colony of Laguna Beach. The house is in a gated community and has a large private pool, enclosed garden atrium and is furnished in a tropical fashion. We will also include a seven passenger Ford Expedition.
The Community
Dana Point is about an hour south of Los Angeles International airport and twenty minutes south of John Wayne Airport in Orange County. We are also 45 minutes north of San Diego and the Mexican border. San Diego also has an International Airport. The town of Dana Point is a picturesque, harbor town with nice restaurants and shopping. Our community is an upscale family neighborhood with private beach parking on one of the premier southern California beaches, there is a heated Olympic pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts and park facilities, all within walking distance of the beach.
