We live in a single family residence opposite a lake with swans and a fountain. The neighbourhood is criss-crossed with paved bicycle paths and there are 2 parks within a couple of minutes bicycle ride from the house.
The house has 1,625 square feet under central air/heat with ensuite master bedroom with King bed, double vanity sinks, walk-in closet, satellite TV, VCR and bedside mini hi-fi set.
The Guestroom and 3rd bedroom have Queen beds and share an attached full bath. The Guestroom has a 27-inch color TV, bedside stereo set as well as a computer nook. Internet access is via wireless DSL.
The living room has a formal glass dining table for 6 while the separate family room has a brand new recliner, sofa, loveseat as well as an entertainment center for the satellite TV, VCR, DVD/CD and karaoke player equipped with 2 mikes.
House has fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dish washer, garbage disposal, fridge, rice cooker, coffee-maker, and toaster. The clothes washer and dryer are isolated in a separate laundry room which is air-conditioned. We also have a 2-car garage. Area Details Our house is minutes by car from 3 golf courses and is 25 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean beaches. It is located in a covenant- restricted nice quiet landscaped community and is about 20 miles from Kennedy Space Center, 55 miles from Sea World and Universal Studios and 70 miles from Disney World and Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida.
Dining, shopping and entertainment are just 15 to 30 minutes away depending on where you want to go. Pier One, Payless shoes, Electronic Boutique, Hair Cuttery as well as the largest 24/7 Super Walmart in the States are located less than 10 minutes away by car! A Super Target is opposite Walmart.
The adjoining Avenue Viera, an open-air pedestrian only mall features a 16-screen stadium seating movie theatre as well as dozens of brand name specialty stores, eateries and restaurants.
King Center is about 20 minutes away and regularly hosts off-Broadway plays and other notable artists.
Several pharmacies as well as dental and medical clinics are in the area and a major hospital is just 15 minutes away.
