Large gardens in back with an abundance of tropical flora, The home is equipped with all the usual ammenities, TVīs, Cable in 2 languages, Spanish and English with 60 channels, stereo, computer with internet, telephone etc. the house is supplied with a maid 2 days per week and gardiner 3 days. There is local bus service on the street in front of the house. The community is very multinational with people from everypart of the world. It is a resort town on the largest lake in Mexico 67 mi X 27 mi. We have churches and other buildings from the 1600 when the Spanish settled. The town was the summer home of the president for many years. Excellent reataurants abound. Prices are extremeely reasonable for a resort area. We have large parks and water parks, 2 golf courses, 4 live theaters 1 cinema with 5 screens, The area is a world wide retirement center. The natives are very friendly and welcome foreigners. Guadalajara,is 30 Kms away and is city of 5.5 million people. The entire area is rich in culture and history. Area Details The town is one of several stretched like pearls along the shores of a large lake. We are a mile high and surrounded by 10-12,000 ft mountains, being in a high tropiucal zone the weather is extremely even 70 to 80f winter and summer. Tropical flora abounds. We are 2.5 hrs from beaqutiful beaches and resorts on the ocean. In 30 min you can reach a city of 5.5 million people. Travel Details City bus at the door. Excellent bus service in Mexico. International airport 20 min.
