The house is from the 1950's and is not elaborate. It is 'child friendly' with a long drive to play on. We have a sheltered garden with a small pond, surrounded by tall trees. My friends would make any children very welcome. Area Details Fremantle is a port city, with a cosmopolitan population so we have many eating out opitons. Fremantle is a colourful place. The climate is temperate/mediterranean. The beaches go up and down the coast (4 km away) and have white sand making the Indian Ocean a beautiful azure blue. We have lots of bike tracks, 2 golf courses down the road, heated pool (4 km away) many water sport options (Fremantle makes the most of its harbour). We have an empahsis on our maritme history and the early European settlements. Perth is close by with the usual bigger city oportunities but I seldom leave Freo as it has so much. Travel Details Buses every 10 mins to Fremantle (4 Km) and modern train service from there, 25 mins from Perth
