Property Details
Nice flat in Lausanne. I travel a lot and I decorated my flat with a lot of stuff I brought back from my travels. Kitchen with small table, dinning room with greek atmosphere(antik ceramics and byzantin icons hand painted) living room winto an african atmosphere(Massai, girafs, elephants, ostich statues in ebony, eggs of ostrich, batiks on the wall) one spacious bed room with a big double bed scandinavian atmosphere, a second bedroom smaller with 2 single bed on the floor, bathroom/wc. My flat is in a residential and quiet street. There are a post office, a super market, a nice restaurant at3-5 minutes by foot.
Area Details
Lausanne is a charming town where live around 150'000 people. The old town is very charming. There are nice restaurants, good places to go out during the night. The city is in front of a big lake. The mountains are close. It easy and fast to go to a lot of different and interesting places from Lausanne. There are also interesting museums here. Going to France takes 30m minutes by car or by boat. It s also easy to visit Lyon (2h by car or train) or Paris (3h45 by speed train). Milano is not so far, about 2h30. Skiing, walking in the mountains or in the forest, the nature is everywhere in Switzerland. The town is very reassuring and you won t have any problem nowhere also if you go out alone in the night. With my job I ve got a lot of holidays around the year : 1 week in february, 10 days for Easter, 1 week in may, 3 weeks july/august, 1 week in september, 1 week in october and 2 weeks at Christmas time. I m interested with most part of the countries especially in Europe.Please send me your propositions !!! IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FLAT, THE CITY OR THE COUNTRY JUST LET ME KNOW !
