Requiring to exchange home in Bangkok Dec 05-Jan06. We have two automatic cars while you are in Melbourne. Need car exchange in England, and internet. Our double storey townhouse with double garage, has master bedroom with queen size bed (sea glimpses) with bathroom upstairs. Second bedroom upstairs is set up as office complete with ADSL internet. Kitchen with dishwasher, lounge/dining upstairs - with wider sea glimpses. Downstairs guest bedroom with double bed, and separate small shower room and toilet. Laundry with Miele washer and dryer. Small sitting room downstairs leading out to delightful courtyard complete with built in barbecue. Lakeland Terrier dog loves walking on the beach, and the Balinese cat can go in and out the doggie/cat door at leisure. Area Details South East Bayside suburb of Melbourne. Being so close to the beach is great in summer, and wonderful in winter for long walks. Small shopping centre close by (near the railway station), and a bigger shopping centre 2 minutes drive away. Edithvale is between two great shopping complexes, Southland and Frankston - both around 15-10 minutes drive away. Travel Details Train 5 minutes walk, takes you to the city of Melbourne in approximately 45 minutes.
