Country home close to small city with all amenities and links to Brisbane or Sydney via air, coach or rail. Area Details Armidale is the cultural centre of country NSW. It is a university town and has a range of cultural events and entertainment throughout the year. It is small enough for the visitor to feel part of things in a short while, yet boasts some class events throughout the year, particularly in music and the arts. The population is diverse, ranging from university students to farmers (or both!), and is surrounded by a range of spectacular National Parks. Access to the coast is through some spectacular scenery and takes approx. 2.5hours. Armidale itself has a range of shops and includes the 'Beardy Street Mall' where you can choose from several cafes with a variety of good food. Travel Details One bus morning and afternoon but good transport in and out of Armidale to other cities
