If you’ve ever wanted to visit Ireland our house offers the perfect location for exploring the country side and the very cosmopolitan city of Galway.We have a five bedroom,2100 square foot home set on half an acre located on a cul de sac road which offers great privacy. Upstairs there is a west-facing balcony (18ftx12ft.) off the master bedroom, which also has a private bathroom with a power shower and queen size bed. The loft outside the master bedroom contains a private office and computer room with Internet connection and one single room with a single bed. Downstairs is an open plan living room with gothic fireplace, t.v, cable,video, and DVD. Through the stained glass double doors in the livingroom is the kitchen with all mod appliances-dining room with sunroom looking out onto the patio. A utility area with washing machine and dryer and half bath are also part of the kitchen living area. There is a backdoor located in the utility. On the other end of the house lies a further three bedrooms and full bath. One of these rooms contains a double bed with t.v. The remaining two rooms have single beds. Our house can accommodate 7 people very comfortably. Our back garden has a swing set, pond and large patio with a unique stone table and chairs and pit fireplace. We have a lawn to the front and back. Two large sheds-one is a pre famine stone shed. Area Details We live in a private cul-de-sac surrounded by the beautiful countryside.Our neighbours keep horses and peacocks so it makes for a very interesting mix of wildlife.Our house in purposely built facing east so that we can enjoy the sunset in our back garden when the day comes to a close. Travel Details One mile from the house is a bus depot that can transport you into town and bring you out again.
