Our property is two stories 1972 comfortable house ,surrounded by a little garden( terrace,small trees and flower beds )in a very quiet and peaceful suburb of the town.
it offers 4 bed rooms (1 double and 3 single beds ) and one additional double bed in the TV room.
all services and accomodations, around. Area Details Located in the center of Aquitaine, Mont de Marsan is a mid-sized town, edging the huge Landes pine forest.
It is near( 1 or 2 hours car trip ) a lot of beautiful sites = Bordeaux and its wine storehouses, Biarrizt "the Eugénie Impress watering place", the spain border and San Sebastian,
the numerous Atlantic beeches,the pyrénées mountains, Toulouse " the pink city", many historic sites ( castles and bastides ).
A little further,the Dordogne region or the city of Carcassone.
Everywhere, you' ll find the south ouest friendly and pleasant life ( marvellous cooking ...)
Im july and august,several famous music festivals ( Flamenco in Mont de Marsan, Salsa in vic fezensac, country music in Marmande and last but not least " Jazz in MARCIAC". Travel Details Train and bus.
