Property Details
Interested in swapping house on the rolling hills of Cavehill Mountains (Belfast Northern Ireland) with anyone in Europe or further a field and beside the sea. This secluded and quiet area has great access (roads, bus & trains) to both Northern Ireland, Donegal (1.5 hours) and Dublin (1.5 hours). This is a great base to tour and explore Ireland.
We have a comfortable four-bedroom home in a lovely Mountain/Sea area 5 miles outside Belfast. We are close to all typical centre activities but also have very good access to rolling hills and seaside. The House has all mod cons and car swap is available.
We are looking for a home exchange for our holiday, during July/August 2009 (as well as perhaps Xmas and Eater 2008/9). We are a Drama/English Head of Department and my husband is an IT Sales Director.
Ideally, we would like to swap with someone who has a house/holiday home on the Mediterranean or anywhere close to the Sea with a warm climate (we love our sunbathing!!). We will be travelling this year with our 17month old boy Jack who is looking forward to a holiday!!

Oonagh and Brian Murtagh Area Details Quiet cul de sac (5 miles outside Belfast)overlooking the sea and situtaed behind Cavehill Mountains and Bellevue Zoo. Ideal location for discovering the N.Ireland Coast and good location to explore all of Ireland (walks, golf, fishing etc.). Two local Irish pubs are within walking distance and the City Centre is less than 10 minutes by car, bus or taxi. The area is very suitable for hill climbing, golf, fishing, sailing, watersports, City life and enjoying traditional Irish "craic" (i.e food, drinking Guiness and story telling.). Travel Details Available - both car and train. Will also swap car if required.
