One has en-suite with power shower& bath.Both others are doubles, one with twin singles and other double bed.Farmhouse style kitchen.Further bathroom.Lounge with gas fire and digital Sat T.V the house stands on a large plot with private drive for 4 cars. The garden is extensive and incorperates a 20X10 foot heated swimming pool,with large patio area and barbecue.This is a none smoking house and we ask therefore that if you smoke to do so outside . Area Details Small village on the outskirts of Barnstaple, close to beach and country walks ( Exmoor ) Very quite area. Pub is 4 min walk with exellent food and atmosphere. Travel Details Buses run from the main road (2 mins walk ) to town center .The town has rail facilities.Nearest Airport is Exeter City about 1 hours drive from my home.
