Property Details
Our brand new 3 bedroom Villa Costa is situated just 2,5km from the beach and town of Albufeira, close to golf courses and water parks.
The villa compromises of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one bedroom with double bed and single bed, 2 bathrooms and a seperate WC and fully fitted kitchen.
Caretaker/housekeeper lives on site in an annex with a seperate entrance.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, WC and spacious living/dining room with patio doors leading to garden and swimming pool with umbreallas and sun beds. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed with a very large veranda overlooking the pool and second bedroom with double bed and single bed and full bathroom. On the second floor there is a futher double room with en-suite bathroom and large veranda with fantastic panoramic views of the country site.Two cots are also available for small children. Outside you will find a very well kept garden with inviting swimming pool, seperate eating area with purpose build brick barbacue and garage for your car.
Maid service is provided 3 days per week. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels twice per week. We have another villa 200 metres away making a possibility of renting both villas to larger parties. Area Details Algarve is a region renowned for its mild, sunny climate, its miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and excellent sport facilities.
It boasts an average of 3000 hours of sunchine per year . It is mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months.
February sees the start of spring and it is warm at the end of September and often in October.
Villa Costa is situated in a new residential area only 2,5km from the center of Albufeira which is a major tourist resort with all failities.
The old town which perches on the cliff top overlooking the beach retains a distinctive Moorish character and you can still see the fisherman bringing in their catch on Praia dos Pescadores ( Fisherman's beach )
GOLF INFORMATION
There are currently 25 courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. Most of the Algarve golf courses are within 20 minutes drive from the villa, some only 10 minutes. Over the past few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Villa Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. Whatever your level of skills or dedication there is a course for you in the Algarve. Travel Details You can use the buses and taxis to get around Albufeira and the Algarve but renting a car would give much more flexibility and allow to explore the real Algarve.
Car rental is available at competetive rates with a local firm. We can also book a taxi from Faro Airport to Villa Costa at 45.00 Euros each way ( about £32.000 ) Taxi used for transfers is a 6 seats air condicioned Mercedes Vito.

Other Information:-Please note all the above rates are per villa ( not per person ) per week based on 6pax.
Arrive on any day of the week ( flights are normally much cheaper midweek ) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out.
We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates
- Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out at 10am on the day of departure (this is to allow time to clean the villa for next arrival).
If you flight is late, luggage can be stored at the villa.
- 30% deposit required when making a reservation
- Balance is payable at least 6 weeks before arrival.
- Payments can be made in sterling to our bank in UK or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal.
- Breakage deposit of €250.00(aprox. £200.00) must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occurred.
- Christmas & New Year supplement - £120.00 per week. - 4 electric oil heaters in the bedrooms & living room (normally from November to March) €140.00 per week.
