Completely renovated houseincluding , central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors, wireless high speed internet and unlimited local and long distance phone service. Nicely furnished. Master bedroom has its own full bathroom, king size bed, down comforter, pillows and cable TV. Second bedroom also has a queen size feather bed with down comforter and pillows and third bedroom equipped with two comfortable twin beds. Livingroom and familyroom have a fireplace. Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.... Family room has LCD HDTV, VCR, DVD, sectional couch with lounge, and a book case full of books and tapes. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors Area Details Bay front Community located on the Great Peconic Bay. The East End is the heart of Wine Country. We are known for your outstanding wineries. There are eight all within a 10 minute drive. Greenport is on the border and is a thriving seaside town with lots of boutiques and waterfront dining and night clubs.
