Villa Eber is a new villa situated 2,5km from the beach and Albufeira centre and consists of 4 separate rental units : three air conditioned apartments, two 2 bedroom apartments and one 1 bedroom apartment and for guests not requiring a kitchen a double bedroom with private bathroom. It enjoys superb location in a very quiet country area but only 5 minutes drive from the best sandy beaches of the region and capital of tourism in the Algarve - the town of Albufeira.
Details of 2 BED APARTMENT with air conditioning-ground floor
The 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the villa and it has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, both ensuite. It has a seperate independent entrance through a veranda with table and chairs. The living room has TV, and two comfortable sofas with one of them opening to a bed making a possibility to sleep an extra person. The seperate kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric top glass cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cutlery. The apartment has air conditioning which can also be used for heating in the winter months. Sleeps up to 5pax. Maid service 3 times per week.

The 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa and has a spacious bedroom with double bed and large fitted wardrobe.The patio doors from the bedroom open to a large balcony with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the countryside.In the distance you can even see the sea! The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing up machine, kettle and cutlery. The spacious living room has a sofa bed making a possibility to sleep an extra person and patio doors opening to another smaller balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment has air conditioning which can also be used for heating in the winter. Sleeps 2-3pax. Maid service 3 times per week.

Use of comunal swimmng pool is included and we also have private parking on premisses. Next to the pool there is in a spacious terrace with tables, chairs and pool beds.
Villa Eber enjoys superb location in a very quiet country area but only 5 minutes drive from the best sandy beaches of the region and capital of tourism in the Algarve - the town of Albufeira.
CAR HIRE, TAXI transfer & more local information
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrengements with a local firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service.You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered to Villa Eber.We can also reserve a taxi from Faro Airport.The taxi driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa.The cost is 45.00 Euros ( about ( £31.00 ) and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.
There are 2 excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk, and there is a local cafe just 50 metres from the villa.
Ideal if you like country walks.Just around the corner from the villa there is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarvian countryside.A taxi to the centre of Albufeira is aproximately £3.00.
Zoomarine and water parks are only 10-20 minutes drive.Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira about 5 minutes.

Villa Eber is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Albufeira which is a major tourist resort with all facilities. The old town which perches on the cliff top overlooking beach, retains distinctive Moorish character and you can still see the fisherman bringing in their catch on the Praia dos Pescadores ( Fisherman's beach )
GOLF INFORMATION -------------------------There are currently 25 courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline with more under construction.Most of the Algarve golf courses are within half an hour drive from our villa, some only 10-15 minutes.Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Villa Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve.Whatever your level of skills or dedication there is a course for you in the Algarve.
