Apartment is located on first floor, has a balcony about 5 mtrs above the ground overlooking a calm street, glimpse of the sea and the boardwalk. Minutes away from the beach and swimming in the summer.(Public pool 5 minutes away). Apartment has one big bedroom with two separate beds(each bed sleeps one person plus one extra bed that sleeps one more, preferably a child, one small bedroom with one bed and a sofa bed in the livingroom.
