The beach and the village of Gundogan are only two-minute walk. You are also only 15km from the centre of Bodrum.

The Villa is 180 meter square, having 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor all with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, two Balconies (one with a fireplace, the other one is for viewing the magnificent bay). A stylish kitchen, a large garden, spacious shared swimming pool.
When you reach the Villa, you will enjoy the atmosphere, and tranquillity.
The centre of Bodrum is only 15km from Gundogan accessible via local bus or Taxi.
There are plenty of things to do and see in Bodrum. If you like Nature and sea, a wonderful bay is just 100 meters away from the Villa, besides you can always spend your time at the swimming pool, also visit other bays in Bodrum, which take no longer that 10-15 minutes all over the Bodrum Peninsular.
A car is not essential however as there is so much to do and see, it would be a missed opportunity not to have one.
You can go for fishing, trekking, surfing... or simply enjoy the Restaurants that offer world-famous Mediterranean and Turkish dishes.
If you are interested in history and Archaeology, you should visit SANDIMA VILLAGE and see the rock cemeteries just beside the bay in Yalikavak.
It is also very popular to visit COS (a Greek Island), which is just 45 minutes away by ferry. There are many daily trips available to COS; all you need to do is to register a day earlier before attending
the tour.
Bodrum Town
A huge nightlife will be waiting you in Bodrum Town, where you will have the chance to dance and travel by ship, at the M&M CLUB. Bodrum also is the home for HALIKARNAS, Europe's biggest open-air nightclub, which will fascinate you with its fantastic shows. If you love Latin music, then you should not miss the CUBA CLUB.
There are also many other excellent bars and nightclubs throughout the season waiting to entertain you in Bodrum Town.
